Connect, Serve, and Ask® (CSA) Training is the heartbeat of Champion OS™ and the foundational relationship-building framework behind H7. Through CSA, members learn how to intentionally build trust-based Champion relationships, communicate with clarity, create meaningful opportunities, and generate long-term business growth.Being the only required training for members, it is THE most important drivers of success inside H7 is intentionally developing at least five (5) Champion Relationships that actively support your momentum, visibility, and growth.Steps to Success:We recommend that you only take 1 of the courses at a time to give you time to apply the techniques as you learn them.  Applying the techniques are far more important than the speed of completing the course. Please fill out the Completion Form in the final CSA Course. By taking this action, we can keep appropriate records of ALL courses and training that you have completed for Connector Recognition.Once you complete all the training on the Member Journey (CSA, Activate, and FUEL), you will be recognized as an H7 Connector.
