Aloha Oahu Weddings - Kaneohe, HI 2021-Present President / CEO / Officiant / Planner / Coordinator - Help clients design, plan, procure vendors,  services, and decor within budget and client specifications. Organize the event from start to finish,  including location, guest lists, décor, entertainment, catering, hotel accommodations, and transportation.  Keep clients informed and up to date with planning progress. Day of the event, oversee the execution of  the plan. Manage vendors when they arrive, overseeing the final walk through of the venue, manage the  wedding rehearsal, and wedding timeline. As needed, conduct officiant, photography and videography  duties.

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) – Honolulu, HI 2020 – 2021 Deputy Program Manager / Hiring Manager 

• Hired over 100 contractors for new contract supporting USARPAC and the Hawaii Pacific  Innovation Center (HIPIC) in less than one year during Covid 

Fulcrum / Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) – Camp H.M. Smith, HI 2019 – 2020 Site Lead/Program Manager - Program Manager of a SOCOM SWMS contractor workforce of 65  employees at SOCPAC - Interfaced with the respective Government Contracting Officer (KO), the  Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency  representatives. Formulated and enforced high work standards, assigned schedules, reviewed work  discrepancies, supervised personnel and communicated policies, purposes, and goals of the organization  to subordinates. Responsible for the overall management of three separate Task Orders and ensured that  the technical solutions and schedules in the contract were implemented in a timely manner (invoices,  deliverables, reports, ad-hoc requirements, risk mitigation, quality tracking, metrics and measures to  address performance, assessments, and others as required). Assessed issues and developed resolutions to  meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. H4 Enterprises – Camp H.M. Smith, HI 2017-2019 Future Plans and Operations Planner - Worked in the J35 Counter Revisionist States (CRVS) branch  and was the Task Lead for SOCPAC, including all IO related support for the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan,  Nepal, Indonesia, and Hong Kong 

• Lead planner and advisor to the SOJ35 and Command for all information operations related to the  PRC

CSRA – Camp H.M. Smith, HI 2016-2017 Future Plans / Information Operations Planner - Developed, synchronized and exploited operational  and tactical IO plans as part of SOCPAC’s IO campaign utilizing all the Information Related Capabilities  to help shape the environment to achieve Commander, SOCPAC objectives while supporting affiliated  component units, governmental organizations and partner nation forces missions.  

• Provided input into INDOPACOM, SOCOM, and SOCPAC working groups, Joint Planning  Groups, and exercises  

• Demonstrated expertise in the integration of MISO, CYBER, OPSEC and PA into operational and  tactical level functions 

• Provided talking points for COMSOCPAC Key Leader Engagements  

• Successfully performed integration of Information Related Capabilities at SOCPAC and has over  twelve (12) years of experience demonstrating expertise integrating MILDEC, MISO, OPSEC  and PA into operational and tactical level functions as a Joint Officer at JSOC, SOCPAC,  USASOC 

Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) – Fort Bragg, NC 2015 – 2016 Director of Aviation Operations - Supported both the Air Operations Center and the JSOC Joint  Operations Center with leadership, and technical expertise that influenced all facets of the command’s air  operations (both in garrison and downrange). 

• Responsible for the joint training, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) development, and  interoperability of special operations aviation programs and assets across the services on behalf of  the Aviation Tactics and Evaluation Group (AVTEG) 

• Served as a subject matter expert, leader, and planner for all special and conventional aviation  operations which often included multi-service ground forces 

• Planned and synchronized highly complex aviation operations involving multi-service Special  Operations Aviation, assault and ground forces, conventional rotary/fixed-wing, close air support,  combat search and rescue, and manned/unmanned Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance  (ISR) platforms 

• Represented AVTEG in coordination with the JSOC main staff, unified and sub-unified  commands, the Joint Staff, and multiple inter-agency organizations in the execution of the  command’s duties 

Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC) – Camp H.M. Smith, HI 2012-2015 Director of Operations/Plans/Chief of Staff - Supervised the daily operations of the Joint Operations  Center at Camp Smith, HI. Provided centralized situational awareness of all missions, plans, and forces.  Led a staff of 20 personnel to include both military personnel and civilian contractors. Special Operations  Command, Pacific (SOCPAC) key liaison. 

• Successfully executed 310 complex operations in 36 INDOPACOM countries at the direction of  the JCS, the C-suite in the areas of Counter Terrorism, Disaster Relief, and others • Chief of Staff (CoS) of 60 personnel and provided full spectrum support and direction for a 550  person Joint Special Operations Joint Task Force for Operation ENDURING FREEDOM,  Philippines (OEF-P), consisting of US military personnel, contractors, and interagency personnel  at 13 different locations spread across 174,613 miles 

• Selected for CoS position over 53 peers and was rated in the top 1% of all officers in the Pacific  AOR 

• Oversaw the operations, support activities, and resource management for over $62M worth of  contracts and services 

• Program Management of the maintenance and accountability for 241 vehicles, 9 rotary wing and  fixed wing aircraft, and other ancillary support equipment valued at over $73M with no property  loss 

• Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle Events (JELC) and other Joint Exercise Planning  Events with input as a Joint Exercise representative to lead planner for (TEMPEST WIND,  BALIKATAN, and COBRA GOLD) 

• Coordinated as Chief of Plans for all Special Operations and Regional Security Affairs throughout  South East Asia, which encompassed 11 countries. Supervised the planning and integration of all  training aspects for Future Operations that includes joint and combined ground, sea, and air  operations, inter-agency operations, civil military operations, humanitarian assistance, and  disaster relief operations 

• Transformed the national, theater, and interagency objectives and end states into a SOF regional  campaign plan which operationalized all SOF operations, actions, and activities in South East  Asia; This effort included nearly 150 joint and combined ground, maritime, and air special 

operations, interagency, military information support, civil military, and humanitarian assistance/ disaster relief operations 

• Effectively improved communications between 36 countries and 5,000 personnel by designing  and implementing a multi-platform interdepartmental system leveraging leading edge software,  engaged with shareholders, then organized across multiple domains and services 

United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) - Fort Bragg, NC 2007-2012 Director of Plans and Operations - Responsible for the development, planning, coordination, and  execution of the Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) Transformation initiative and long-term  aviation force structure in support of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) and Special  Mission Units.  

• Managed, allocated, and coordinated events consisting of over 3,500 Soldiers and 200 aircraft  world-wide in support of overseas contingency operations 

• Experienced with conducting in-person engagements with senior members of the USG, the NCR,  foreign flag level officials at overseas locations, presenting operational concepts for approval by  senior officials and organizations 

• Handpicked by the USASOC Commander to direct the Memorial Day NASCAR Coca Cola 600  pre-race military demonstration, which brought together over 2,000 soldiers, 12 vehicles, and 6  helicopters for a nationally televised Army recruiting event 

• Developed, planned, coordinated, and executed Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA)  Transformation initiatives and developed the ARSOA Force Design Update (FDU) for the 12-17  POM 

• Was specially selected to serve as the Air Operation Officer for a Special Mission Unit • Deployed to Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and NEW DAWN as an LNO for a Joint Task  Force; actions and performance were absolutely critical to the execution of many no-fail national  level missions  

Flight Concepts Division – Fort Eustis, VA 2002-2006 Executive Officer and Deputy Operations - Managed a Special Mission Aviation organization capable  of deploying worldwide. Led a multi-disciplined team conducting Special Operations globally along with  research, development, testing and evaluation.  

• Experienced with conducting in-person engagements with senior members of the USG, the NCR,  foreign FO/GO/SES level officials at overseas locations, presenting operational concepts for  approval by senior officials and organizations 

• Single-handedly worked thru a number of initiatives with the Joint Staff, Army Staff, U.S. Special  Operations Command (USSOCOM, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and the U.S.  Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) 

• Supported simultaneous deployments in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI  FREEDOM, and WILLING SPIRIT 

• Completed the UH-60 AQC, numerous non-standard rotary-wing platforms and added another  800 accident/incident free hours as a Pilot-in Command and was Advanced Mission Trained • Attended and graduated the first class for the Operational Control Element Course (pre-cursor to  the PACOM Augmentation Team/Military Liaison Element)
