FOLLOWINGFrank Yeager is a construction and building safety professional with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His background includes work as a general contractor, subcontractor, consulting superintendent, and general superintendent, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of building systems, construction practices, and jobsite operations. He is a certified property inspector with extensive experience evaluating building conditions, maintenance practices, and safety-related issues across a wide range of property types. His work includes assessment of structural and non-structural components, exterior and interior conditions, building envelope performance, and mechanical systems as they relate to occupant safety and property function. Mr. Yeager’s experience includes evaluation of premises safety, property maintenance practices, accessibility and aging-in-place modifications, and conditions affecting usability and risk. He has worked with residential, multifamily, and commercial properties, and has practical experience identifying hazards, assessing foreseeable use, and evaluating whether conditions are consistent with generally accepted construction and maintenance practices. In addition to his construction and inspection work, he has practical experience with property oversight and informal property management, including coordination of maintenance activities, utility considerations, and property turnover conditions.
