Military Discount: 10% off tiered pkg

Blue Prairie Synergy Solutions proudly offers a 10% discount on eligible tiered service packages to U.S. military veterans and qualifying veteran-owned small businesses.

Eligibility
The discount is available to:
- Veterans of the United States Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, or Coast Guard, including Reserve and National Guard veterans.
- Businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more eligible U.S. military veterans.
- Service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.

Formal SBA VetCert certification is not required unless specifically requested for a government contracting opportunity.

Verification
Applicants must provide reasonable proof of veteran status or veteran ownership. Acceptable documentation may include:
- Veteran designation on a state-issued driver's license or identification card.
- Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Health Identification Card or Veteran ID Card.
- DD Form 214, with sensitive information redacted.
- VA disability documentation, with medical and other sensitive information redacted.
- SBA VetCert, SAM.gov, or another recognized veteran-owned business certification.

Blue Prairie will use verification documentation only to confirm eligibility and will not retain sensitive military, medical, or personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Discount Terms
- The discount equals 10% of the professional service fees associated with an eligible Blue Prairie tiered service package.
- The discount must be requested and eligibility verified before the applicable service agreement or statement of work is signed.
- The discount applies only to services identified as eligible in the applicable proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
- The discount does not apply retroactively to previously purchased services, signed agreements, completed work, or outstanding invoices.
- The discount does not apply to travel, lodging, taxes, government fees, software licenses, subscriptions, equipment, materials, third-party services, subcontractor costs, or other pass-through expenses.
- Custom services, separately priced add-ons, and work performed outside the agreed package scope are excluded unless Blue Prairie approves the discount in writing.
- The discount may not be combined with another discount, promotional offer, referral credit, negotiated price reduction, or special contract rate. If multiple discounts are available, the customer may select the single eligible discount providing the greatest value.
- The discount is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a refund or account credit.
- For recurring packages or retainers, the service agreement will specify whether the discount applies to the initial term, a defined promotional period, or each billing cycle.
- Government contracts, subcontracts, and regulated procurements are eligible only when the discount is expressly included in the approved proposal or agreement and permitted under applicable procurement requirements.
- Blue Prairie reserves the right to validate eligibility, correct errors, deny fraudulent or incomplete claims, and modify or discontinue the program prospectively. Changes will not affect an executed agreement during its stated term.
