Smith, HI 2019 – 2020 Site Lead/Program Manager - Program Manager of a SOCOM SWMS contractor workforce of 65 employees at SOCPAC - Interfaced with the respective Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Formulated and enforced high work standards, assigned schedules, reviewed work discrepancies, supervised personnel and communicated policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Responsible for the overall management of three separate Task Orders and ensured that the technical solutions and schedules in the contract were implemented in a timely manner (invoices, deliverables, reports, ad-hoc requirements, risk mitigation, quality tracking, metrics and measures to address performance, assessments, and others as required). • Responsible for the joint training, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) development, and interoperability of special operations aviation programs and assets across the services on behalf of the Aviation Tactics and Evaluation Group (AVTEG)
• Served as a subject matter expert, leader, and planner for all special and conventional aviation operations which often included multi-service ground forces
• Planned and synchronized highly complex aviation operations involving multi-service Special Operations Aviation, assault and ground forces, conventional rotary/fixed-wing, close air support, combat search and rescue, and manned/unmanned Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms
