Mark Edward Spenelli is a U.S. Army veteran (Honorable) who served from 1991–1997, including a Bosnia deployment in 1996. He’s a CDL-A truck driver based in Battle Creek, Michigan, and the founder behind Nature’s Edge Group—a veteran-centered nonprofit parent organization focused on building and operating mission-driven rural properties. The model combines an ADA-minded tiny-home community for veterans with a commercial RV campground to support long-term sustainability. Mark’s mission is to create a peaceful, practical place for rest, reflection, and service through nature-based respite, light-touch resources, and stewardship of the land.
